      SEAGLASS Riesling White Wine showcases a blend of ripe apricot, sweet peach, tropical fruit and floral aromas. White flowers on the palate are supported by flavors of juicy apricot, peach and melon, with hints of honeysuckle. A balanced acidity leads to a lingering finish with a touch of sweet. The 2019 vintage was awarded 93 points and "Best Riesling" in 2020 by the American Wine Society. A semi sweet wine that can easily be enjoyed on its own or with a variety of dishes, SEAGLASS Riesling pairs well with spicy Asian dishes, smoked salmon, lobster salad and blue cheese. The cool-climate vineyards of Monterey and Santa Barbara counties give this Riesling plenty of time to develop its signature aromatics. The naturally fresh fruit flavor of the Riesling white wine grape is retained by carefully avoiding any oxygen exposure during wine making. Cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks allows the delicate varietal flavors to reach their ultimate expression.
